Meet Your New Pro
Kenneth M. Pridgen, Jr., PGA Professional
Ken is a true ambassador to the game of golf and has been in the golf industry for most of his life. He earned his membership and credentials from the Professional Golfers Association, the PGA in 1995.
Ken grew up in Hunterdon County working at Beaver Brook Country Club as a caddie and at Fiddlers Elbow Country Club as a locker room attendant. He graduated from New Mexico State University in 1993 with a Bachelors's degree in Marketing and Professional Golf Management.
His most recent positions were Head Golf Professional at Suneagles Golf Club in Eatontown, NJ, and prior to that, Head Golf Professional at Liberty National Golf Club in Jersey City, NJ.
Ken is an accomplished golfer having qualified for 3 national championships and winning several one-day events in the New Jersey Section PGA.
Ken is married to his wife, Kerry and they have 3 children, Justin, Garrett, and Madison.

Wayne T. O'Reilly
Prior to joining Concordia, Wayne managed and taught lessons at Applegarth Golf Center.
Wayne has been teaching lessons at various Central New Jersey facilities for over twelve years while playing competitively for the past 20 years. His teaching philosophy is based on that of legendary golfer, Ben Hogan, with a focus on body rotation and “quiet hands” performed in sequence. His professional accomplishments include:
